Shipping

$10 flat shipping Australia Wide.

$25AUD flat shipping for International orders

If shipping is not available email hello@goodart.com.au so we can make this happen for you.

Due to the fragile nature of framed artworks, original artworks are only available Australia wide.

 

'Art Prints' are shipped within 2 working days.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the printing of 'Fine Art Prints' as they are printed to order.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post tracking included.

If you have supplied an incorrect address, Good Art is not liable for the re-postage of your order. You will have to pay the postage cost of re-delivery. 

A refund will not be issued if your parcel is delayed/missing by a third party courier. We will follow it up, assess and if necessary, replace your order free of charge.

A4 'Fine Art Prints' come in a plastic sleeve flat packed between cardboard

A3 and larger 'Fine Art Prints' came package with archival tissue, brown paper wrapped exterior in a cardboard tube with plastic stopper. (We don’t like plastic but presently this is the most secure way to post 'Fine Art Prints').

A2 'Art Prints' are posted in a plastic free triangle tube.

Welcome code

Code to be used on prints only - excluding original artworks. Code valid on full price product only - does not include sale. Code can only be used for one transaction per customer. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Code does not apply to previously purchased products.

Mini print code

Code to be redeemed at the time of purchase. Any print or original art purchase excluding gift vouchers. 'Mini Print' refers to a 5x7" 'Art Print' not valid for use on a 5x7" 'Fine Art Print'. Code valid on full price product only - does not include sale. Code can only be used for one transaction per customer. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Code does not apply to previously purchased products. Offer is for a limited time only and can be stopped at anytime.

Returns

Good Art does not offer returns for change of mind.

Defective and damaged goods

All artworks are carefully inspected prior to shipment.

If you receive an artwork that on arrival is defective or damaged, please contact hello@goodart.com.au within 2 days of receiving the goods. Include an image and description of the defect/damage along with your name and order number. We will be happy to exchange the artwork with an identical artwork free of charge.

Read care instructions and handle artworks with the upmost care. We do not replace artworks that are damaged after delivery.

If in the unfortunate event an original artwork is damaged during transit. Photograph the postage packaging and damage to the artwork immediately and email hello@goodart.com.au The artwork will be assessed for repair. If a full-restoration of the artwork is not possible a full refund will be issued. If an original artwork is damaged whilst in your care Good Art is not responsible for its repair and will not issue a refund.

 

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 month from issue. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. If your gift voucher is close to expiry and you haven't been able to make a purchasing decision you can purchase a new gift voucher to give yourself more time to make that decision. 

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product securely packaged in its original packaging to the address provided via email communication. We are located in Perth, Western Australia.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It can take up to 7 working days to arrive in my studio in Perth, Western Australia. An exchange or refund will then be actioned. 

In regards to the return of an original artwork, we will notify you if a full-restoration of the artwork can be completed and the estimated time to complete the restoration. If the artwork has been deemed as unrepairable a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund is officially posted.
